Project mobilisation connects equipment, critical spares, people, systems and access. Potential scope includes project pre-mobilisation, fleet and critical spares planning, procurement and expediting, warehouse layout and setup, catalogue and barcode establishment, stock issue and work-order parts processes, reporting, operational handover, and demobilisation or stock redistribution.
Existing client platforms may be used initially for ERP configuration. On-site stores support can be discussed as part of project planning.

PROJECT INVENTORY LIFECYCLE
From first requirements to orderly demobilisation.
Potential activities across the project lifecycle include:
Supplier coordination, approved purchase orders, lead-time monitoring, outstanding order tracking and freight or delivery coordination.
Layout, shelving and locations, stock coding, barcode labels, catalogue creation, goods receipting and opening counts.
Where suitable existing client systems are available: catalogue preparation, location and min/max configuration, purchasing workflows, work-order parts allocation, movement testing and training.
Remote inventory supervision, reporting, replenishment reviews, supplier expediting, stocktakes and optimisation.
Final stocktakes, reconciliation, surplus identification, transfers, supplier returns coordination and warehouse closure support.
Final project scope, resources and delivery arrangements will be agreed before engagement. On-site stores support, if required, is arranged separately.
